- Agreement to Terms
By registering for and participating in the "Study Success System Bootcamp" (the "Bootcamp"), you (the "Participant" and/or "Parent/Guardian") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Workshop Details
- Workshop: The Study Success System Bootcamp
- Duration: 120 Minutes
- Format: Live (Zoom) and Recorded
- Coach: Diane Aretz of Teen Life Skills, LLC
- Registration and Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure a spot in the Workshop.
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
- Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Refund and Cancellation Policy
We are committed to providing a high-value experience. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.
- Participant Cancellation:
- Full Refund: Cancellations received more than 5 days prior to the scheduled Workshop start time are eligible for a full refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations received within 5 days of the Workshop are not eligible for a refund. Due to the digital nature of the materials and limited seating, we cannot make exceptions.
- Coach Cancellation/Rescheduling:
- Teen Life Skills reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Workshop due to low enrollment, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In the event of cancellation by us, registered participants will be notified immediately and offered a full refund or a transfer to the next available Workshop date.
- We are not responsible for any incidental expenses incurred by the participant if the Workshop is canceled.
- Workshop Materials and Intellectual Property
- All workshop materials, including but not limited to handouts, checklists, planning guides, presentations, and worksheets (the "Materials"), are the intellectual property of Diane Aretz of Teen Life Skills, LLC.
- Participants are granted a single-user, non-exclusive license to use the Materials for their own personal, non-commercial use.
- You may not share, copy, distribute, sell, or replicate these Materials for any purpose without prior written consent from Diane Aretz of Teen Life Skills, LLC.
- Code of Conduct
To ensure a positive learning environment for all, participants are expected to:
- Be respectful and supportive of the coach and fellow participants.
- Actively engage in the session.
- Not record any portion of the live Workshop without permission.
- Mute microphones when not speaking and refrain from disruptive behavior.
Failure to adhere to this code of conduct may result in removal from the Workshop without a refund.
- Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability
- The Workshop provides study skills, strategies, and planning tools. It is an educational service and does not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grades, or test scores.
- The participant's success depends on their individual effort, implementation of the strategies, and unique circumstances.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teen Life Skills, LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this Workshop shall not exceed the total amount paid for the Workshop.
- Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during registration will be used solely to communicate about this Workshop and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
